  • Im 19 and I always struggled with my weight. I was always heavy and one day I decided I was fed up with being fatt! I started eating healthy and joined the track team at my school. I lost about 40 pounds and I was finally happy with my weight. I inspired both my sisters and friends to loose as much weight as I did and start running with me. Now the problem is I gained all my weight back plus some because I started eating bad and stopped running everyday. I made this blog to help me get back on track and achieve my new weight loss goals by the summer and make it a life long change instead of short term. I did it once and I am going to do it again!
